These people call all the time asking me to order meds. When I tell them I don't take any meds, and to take me off their list, they say I have to order a 'package' first before they can take me off the list. Bull****If I persist, they **** up on me.Some can hardly speak english. Sometimes they hand the phone to someone who can speak English, but sounds oriental. They usually open with "how are you, (your name)?". Lately I was saying, why do you care? And then ****ing up on them. When they yell at each other, I'm not sure of the language. Doesn't sound like Spanish.I tricked one of them into giving me the above number by saying I was busy, and could I call back. They gave me a number. When I did a reverse lookup it was an unlisted number in Plano, Texas. The next time they called, I said, "are you in Plano, TX? They said, "Why do you want to know, and then said yes".I told them if they didn't stop calling me, I was going to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney general. That cut the calls down to zero, at least for the last couple days. I'm sure they get their pharmaceuticals smuggled across the border from Mexico. Anyway, a good way to stop people from trying to sell you their 'medicinals' is to do the above. Seems to work. For now...........If you want to get back at any persistent callers, whomever they are, just say, "hold on" and put the phone down. In a few minutes, go back and say, "are you still there?". You can do that a few times. (of course that's no good for cell phones, just land lines)Then wait until you hear the noise the phone makes when it's been off the hook. That's your cue to **** the phone back up. It slows them down and wastes their time, which means less calls to other people, and less money for them. As far as Canyon RX - I called customer service and told them I have a rep, just received an order, and asked them to take me off their 'Master List' so no one would continue to call me. That worked. No calls from them anymore. Be nice to the person at customer service, use the above and you will get results.
