Next time they call ask them if they know what the TCPA is. Guaranteed they won't know. Then state that it is the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, that you are on a do not call list that is provided by the FTC, (Federal Trade Commission), that they are in violation of the DNC (do not call) and that for every violation they can be fined $11,000.00. They will ask you for your number and name so that they may put you on "THEIR" do not call list, which they should already have, at which point you tell them they don't need your name because the DNC doesn't ask for your name only your number that you want on the DNC list and then task them why they need your number a***n they just called you. Don't be rude, just firm and they will fumble around or get angry. Tell them you know where they work and that you will be filing a harassment report with police in that area and a report with the FTC. You shouldn't receive anymore calls after that.

Similar, I got a call from someone saying it's "apex financial" or so****ing, asking me about credit card processing. He confirmed my name and business address (this is public information anyway) and said he wanted to send me so****ing. He wanted to know if it's our location or a mailing address. He's either a scam or the world's worst telemarketer.

Got a call today from this number on my cell phone. I use my cell phone as my business phone and work from home. They asked it this was a business to which I replied yes. Then the proceeded to verify my address, which they also had correct but did not very it verbally. I asked what this call was about. The caller responded by saying they were in new business and would be in my area this week and that they provided a 'billing service'. I told him I did not need a billing service. Then he responded by saying, "Hold on there. I wasn't implying that you did. I wasn't trying to sell you anything." I ***g up the phone. Not sure where they got this number and my home address. This really ticks me off because I do not advertise my number and my address for what I do. It's all internet. From what I have read on the internet, these calls are to setup cold call appointments for their service with independent reps. We will see if I get a visitor at my home in the next few days.

Got a call at work from this number. It was so obviously a telemarketing call from the get go when the caller rudely asked for the owner. I asked to be removed from their calling list and that truly confused the caller as she s****ed stumbling over her words and then decided she should yell at me for being rude and wasting her time. Their name sounds so familiar to me but I can't find any other numbers that they've used to call me. Does anyone know if there are other numbers these jokers use to harass us?

These losers seriously need to get a REAL job. I can only feel sorry for them and the pathetic existence that they are a part of. All I can say is if you are able, install a recording system on your phones as we have done. That way if they try to get you with the "verbal" agreement garbage you will have a leg to stand on to sue them!
