This is actually a finance company who took over accounts from CitiFinancial Auto and possibly a few other places..The correct spelling is Santander...pronounced San Ton Dare...HMM Don't know how they got that*****unciation but they did..I received a call from them this a.m. While I have an account with them..which Im happy to say will be paid off within the next 72 hours, I am going to call and complain because when I answered they ***g up on me..but I heard someone on the line. Not too professional. If a friend or family member has listed you as another number, they will call you if your friend and/or family member is behind on a payment. I think its not fair, but alot of companies do this. When I call I will be reporting all I have seen on here and let them know the way to do business is not to **** up on, harass, or be rude. You get more flies with honey than vinegar. Hope I answered some of your questions as to who it is and why. You could put them on call block but they probably have half a dozen to a ***dred other numbers. When I have a number call alot and I can, I simply pick up the phone and then **** it up. These people are constantly calling. The caller I.D. says Drive Financial, but when you dial the number, there is another name given. The name left for call back is Mrs. ****ingham. I am so sick of this. they are asking for someone who doesn't live here and never did. So****ing needs to be done about these harrassing calls. It is so disturbing. I blocked the numbers they were originally using. Then she gets smart, and make it an unknown number. I answered, thinking it would be so****ing like that. Just trying to get rid of the steam now. We have explained to them that they are calling while we're at work, possibly getting us fired and they still won't stop. Try to go over payments with them, and they won't talk about that. I received two calls yes****ay and one (so far) today. I have NEVER dealt with this company. They said that my sister gave them my number as a reference. My sister has NEVER given my cell phone number as a reference. I told them not to call anymore. All of my numbers are registered with DO Not Call Registery, www.donotcall.gov. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have gone to the website and registered a complaint. I suggest that you do, also. After so many complaints, a company is fined. I believe the fine is $10,000 per complaint. You could help bankrupt a company that you have never dealt with, but is harassing you.
