You need to file a complaint a***nst the number. The more people that complain to the FCC, the faster they will act and put a stop to the harassment. Although the number on caller ID may be a false Caller ID it is the service provider's responsibility to find out where the calls originate from.

This number calls repeatedly, when I answer, I get a fax tone.As Sam suggested above, I called PAC-WEST Telecomm, Inc. Network Operations Center at (800) 511-9048. The person confirmed that 213-232-3239 is on their network. He sent an e-mail to the registered owner of the number saying to stop calling my number. If the calls persist, he said to call my local police and file a report, and call PAC-WEST back with the police report information.

I also got three calls this morning 11/02/2009 at 3am and then 320 and 330. It woke up my children so I am fairly upset about this. They are also calling my cell phone not my landline which ****es me off even more. Really wish there was a way to stop this madness so my family can sleep peacefully!!!

What good is being on the Do Not Call list? This "person" called me at 1 a.m. Thinking it was an emergency, I ran to the phone, fell, broke my wrist. My phone has not stopped ringing. Nonstop. Even when I went to hospital for casting on my wrist, I came back and the ma****e picked up another 6 calls. Do Not Call List????? What for?????

I got the same call at 12:52am. I answered on the 4th ring & got ***g up on. So far 40 minutes later, I only got one call. I called the number back twice with my cell phone though & got the message, "This number is not in use. Thank you for calling. Good bye."

I got a fax from this number. It is one of the Nigerian scams to collect my information so the millions owed to me can be transferred to me (I wish). I get about 20-30 spam emails on all of my accounts, day and night, with this same ****. Now they have my business fax number?!?! I have an internet fax service and I pay for incoming and outgoing faxes whether I read them or not. Our email addresses and listed phone numbers are public record. Our "Do Not Call" option does not apply to anyone but us. Until our government does so****ing to stop this constant annoyance, they'll never stop.
