If you get a text from this guy named "jay" ignored and reporte it spam or fraud. It's a scamm. Here is what he wrote this morning: "I'm interested in the listed ad , Text me back on 210-446-7995 with the final price" Thanks Jay

This number was given, with a dozen replies to online ads. Texas number emailing about 10 ads in the north east. Has to be scammers. Signs email as Jay.
