According to Spydialer.com, it is near the name of the owner is "unavailable" and the picture of the location is an old abandoned road in the middle of nowhere that looks like it's been shut down for decades. It does say that it's near San Antonio TX though. I am nearly positive that they are spammers since there was no decipherable message left on my voicemail and since I live in CA and they are an internet service provider there is no reason for them to be contacting me. Lots of complaints about them if you put the name followed by the word "complaints" after it in the google search bar. Are they a spammer? Probably. (Not 100% sure though.) They may also be an ISP, but they have no business with me, therefore no reason to be calling me.
