This number was provided in an email attempting to scam a lease/rental of a home in Littleton, CO (I was selling my house in TX and looking for a rental property near Denver). Seemed too good to be true, so I reverse looked up the property owner's info and called them. The initial scam began with a listing on realtor.com for rental of the property for $1500/month while real price was $3200. I clicked the link showing interest and received a response from Family House. In the email they stated that they had listed it initially then cancelled the listing to lease privately. Poor English skills and too good to be true pricing tipped me off, but the request for cash prompted the reverse look-up of the real property owner phone. Contacted them and reported this to the FBI.
