I have been sending out cease and desist letters left and right lately. I will not deal with any collection agencies. I will deal directly with who I owe but not a third party. You do have to tell them in writing and by certified mail to stop calling and then if they persist, turn them in!

My son was going home from work, when 5 teens who had just stolen an suv, drove up and tryed to rob him, then they **** him, he was in the ICU for two months, he had alot of internal injuries, he has been in and out of the ER a few times since, he couldn't go back to work for months, his old job was gone, he can't aford rent so is living with friends, for now , They should go after the people that **** him, the one got 20 years , the other got 10, the rest of them got off. he may still be breathing but He'll never have a life now. so call all you want Business & Professional, you just can't get money from a walking dead man.

I also got a call from a female who call me at work today. She spoke so fast I had to slow down the message and play it back 10 times just to hear what she was saying. It sounded like she said her name was Mrs. Evans and that she wanted me to call her back at 227.***1 x 112. I don't know who she is and she never said what company she was with or what she needed. But it doesn't matter because this is my place of employment and we are not allowed to receive personal calls at work. And if she keeps calling my employer will tell her not to call her a***n.

I recieve calls from this number several times a day on my home phone and cellular phones, in addition to letters from them via USPS. I have requested proof of claim via USPS ceritfied mail 4 times and they continue to ignore the Fair Debt Collection laws. I have now filed a report with the US Postal Service Fraud Division, US Inspector General's Office and the Texas Attorney General. I have had enough of their bu***hit!!!!! There are laws to protect consumers from harrassment, and I WILL use them.....
