Hi, I'm in NY and opted not to pick up when 207-562-2232 called because I have been getting these random Robo calls. Not sure what their game is but maybe they are possibly logging when someone picks up for some form of telemarketer info service. Like you guys I did call back later and got the "Number is out of service" message.

This number calls, when called them back, I get a message from the Phone Company that the number is NOT IN SERVICE. I can't even find out who they are to ask them to stop! They leave no message.

I got a call from this number. I said, "hello" twice. Then a recorded voice said, "Good-bye". This seem to be some type of "robo" call.

Apparently this number belongs to a ghost because it called me today and when i called it back it said "not in service".
