i answered and they thanked me for "waiting for the next available representative" so i waited and he s****ed my name and asked me to verify my DOB, i refused until i knew what the call was regarding, he said it was a personal business matter, i asked what business, and he refused to answer. told him to kick rocks and ***g up.

They call me constantly, and anytime I ask what company is calling (without asking for any other info) they refuse to tell me just the company name and state that it's personal business. I have never had an issue just asking for the name of the company they're calling for. Seems pretty sketchy to me.
