I saw him leave a clear post it note to call him on top of my garbage bin. He was walking his dog with another male. I went out and he introduced himself as Eddie Piedra and gave me his card. Wanted to know if I was interested in selling or had any work to be done. Even though he seemed pretty normal I question the way he is marketing. I wouldn’t use someone like that.
