When they call and you speak to a live person tell them that you love to talk them if they could hold on a minute. In the mean time fire up your smart phone and fine the old song ' The girl from Ipanema' by Astrud Gilberto, come back off hold and ask them to wait a few seconds longer, put the phone on speaker and hit play and place it by the phone mouthpiece, then just sit back, enjoy the music and have fun. when the song ends just hit play a***n..!
