if this is happening to you, then possible that you have a stalker that has found a way to try and hack into your samsung tv or other device. do not respond to the texts. they can turn your tv into a listening device and steal all your data from phones, emails, etc.

I tried to login to my samsung acct that was deleted, with my number, and of course it didn't work because I deleted it. But wanted to be sure. So yeah, some type of Spam.
