Answer the phone.. "Good morning/afternoon, this is the law firm of X and Y, Jim speaking, who am I speaking with?" -- Do not say you are the person they are looking for. But in all seriousness it's s*** debt collectors,.. they don't leave voicemail,.. just block the number in your phone and never answer.
