If anyone that has had their sol pass and they promise these people anything you may have just res****ed the clock on the sol. Best bet is that if you do not owe this debt, ask them to stop calling and they should give you an address to send a letter by certified mail to stop all calls that you do not owe the debt. Also do not agree to anything. They may even try to trick you into saying that in order to do that they need your permission to be put on a list...do not say yes...they want you to authorize them to allow their auto dialer to call driving you to give up. It is a***nst the law for them to use autodialers without your permission and they could be fined for every single time they do this. These people are also known to do "Hard Hit" inquiries to your credit reporting agencies such as Transunion (seems to be their favorite to s**** with). This is not legal if you do not owe or they know it is uncollectable past the statute of limitations, but everytime they do these hard hit inqueries is hurts your credit score. REPORT THE DATES TIMES AND NUMBERS TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE FTC,BBB.
