These people committ fraud. They tried to get a 92 year old under my care to pay a fic***ious $411.00 Credit One bank balance, and when I got on the line and told them they were committing interstate fraud, and that I would call the FBI and the police, they STILL would not get off the phone. I also told them that in calling at 8:13 a.m. that they violated FCC rules. I also told them that we were on the State and Federal Do Not Call Lists, and STILL they would not get off the phone.

The Reason I put this as a scam is because they will call you 5-7 days before your credit due date and just **** up.
