Was online with Chase and this person, "Alex." I needed help getting into my account and he go into a website. He was able to take control of my computer and financials and even moved money around. He claimed to be giving me back $200 that was mistakenly taken from my account. Knowing this was a scam, I was unable to leave the call because He was threatening me and told me he could take all my money. He then "by mistake" gave me back $20,000 and "would be fired if I didn't go to the bank and send it to him right away." Thank goodness I was on the line with the bank, at the same time, and was able to put a freeze on all of my accounts!
Received a persistent caller telling me that I will receive a shipment for some ***ces free from Medicare. I did not ask for anything but somehow the caller had knowledge of me and gave me a name of a Dr. Lawrence Curry who I would be speaking with to tell him I would like the ***ces because they said my own physician was not available! I could hear voices in the background making phone calls. The person that called had an accent of some sort and sounded like he was pressuring me to take this free offer because they would bill it to my Medicare. I suspected it was a scam so that the "Doctor" would get paid by Medicare.
