This is a company who is hired by non-profit organizations to make solicitations. They want you to donate. Love that my iPhone let's me block numbers, because I've told them to add me to their do-not-call, do-not-solicit lists, and yet the calls still come. This is what I get for donating once a year... they want me to donate that amount but increase it to every month. Can't. Be too greedy and you'll lose your donors' respect. ***mer.

I called the number back. It is MDS Communications, which is a professional fundraiser for various charities, non-profit, and political organizations. The say on the call that they are exempt from the Do Not Call law (which I'm sure is correct), but they allow you to enter you number to have them put you on THEIR do not call list. I'm also blocking just in case.
