I am on the national do not call list...AND I Have told these ****s at least 10 times to PUT ME ON NO CALL BACK LIST (after having to press 1 to speak to someone as it is a recording that calls). They either just **** up on me or say nasty comment and then **** up. They know they are pretty much untouchable...no one at ATT has been able to help either...We even c****ed our phone number and it didn't help...we have unpublished phone number..didn't help..I'm at wits end. Also, the phone number in caller ID varies all the time, the number is always a dead number so they are fooling caller ID systems, too...I hope they get busted soon. Got latest call today (Sept. 29th, 2011 about 1pm EST from number 989-854-2368, but like I said, they keep c****ing that number so next week it will be some other bogus number...Oh, and yes, I've reported it many times but hasn't done any good).

Received a call asking me to lower my credit card interest rates, when 1) I don't have any credit cards & 2) I have registered with the do-not-call registry twice this year because of these kinds of calls. When I pressed 1 to speak with someone, the guy who answered instantly s****ed ridiculing and belittling me when I said I'm on the do-not-call list. He got me extremely angry and then proceeded to tell me he has all of my information: name, address, phone number & even my girlfriend's info. I tried to get him to repeat any of it, but he wouldn't... so they probably only had caller ID, because there is no doubt in my mind that if he had it, he would repeat it to me, considering he ended the call threatening me, saying, "you better watch your back when you leave work."

WHEN i GOT SOMEONE ON THE LINE THEY SAID "ARE YOU RESPONDING TO LOWER YOUR CC %" I ANSWERED "I AM RESPONDING TO YOU CALLING ME ABOUT THIS" AND THEY QUICKLY ***G UP!!! HUMMMM

Its an iden***y theft scheme people. Whenever someone calls you and ask you sensitive information in this fashion, its typically a way for them to extract information from you thats sensitive. The best thing to do is to not answer the call. If you do by chance, tell the person you have traced the call and the authorities on in route to pick them up for questioning. They will not only **** up, but stop calling everyone from this number.

Add us to the list of people being harassed by the callers from this phone number. They've been calling for a long time, can't get them to stop. I tried even cooperating with them, and giving them answers that make me ineligible for their offer, but still they keep calling. the BBB says to find out where they are calling from, and call the bbb in their area to report them. I'll try that now.

They call saying "This is your final notice," but unf%*#king fortunately it never is. I have no past due balances and never have and these *******s won't stop calling. When I press "x" to speak with a representative about "lowering my debt" and tell them to put my name on their do not call list they always **** up on me. Please report at www.DoNotCall.gov as I have!!!

How is it that this SAME company spamming with "credit card rate help" is calling from SO many numbers across the country??? When you press 1 on all of them to speak to a person, and ask them to take you off their list, they **** up on you. Are people so desperate for work that they will actually work for a company like this???

Here are a few other numbers that they call from. 406-219-2301,770-215-0000,803-307-7391,630-855-3785,281-982-2498,977-565-8456,646-407-3256, they are nothing but SCAM artist trying to get your credit card number. The "Do Not Call Lists" doesn't matter they will still try an scam you. I have even asked to be taken off there call list, a lot of good that did.

The phone number is from Michigan. The Michigan BBB says you must file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. First, make sure that you are on the national do not call list. I have done so. If enough people do this, maybe they will be stopped from harassing people any more!

I got a call on my cell phone from this number at 9:02 a.m. Didn't recognize the number so did not answer. No message. I am on the state and national do not call list, but these people do not seem to think the law applies to them apparently.

Got the call re: interest rates, but ***g up before message was completed. I think it is the same "bunch" of scammers, telemarketers or worse. Seems being on the do not call list doesn't help. "They" seem to find a way to by-pass the program.
