Collection service refused to identify themselves after giving a 1st name and initials of the company name she refused to send a invoice after stating they did already. (lies I check every piece of mail) didn't get anything. She stated she wasn't playing games and didnt have time to deal with me after she called me... I told her she wasn't getting a penny until I received a bill and she was the rudest customer service person every and she yelled, cussed that this is not a customer care person and I TOLD HER OFF
