I called from another phone (landline) and the out going message I received was """The is an Urgent Public message, you are qualified under the American Recovery Act - to Permanently reduce you energy bill"""" This is very odd as I don't own a home and my utilities are included in my rent.

Same electric bill reduction scam. Has come from several different numbers in the past. Caller ID identified this one as from Mt Arlington, NJ
