Here's a comment I tried out from another site that works; I must be (now was :) on a ****er list. I'm getting calls from 973 273 78** (last 2 digits varies). Then I figured out how to stop the phone calls; either call 307 223 0458 or send an email to [email protected]; give the caller's phone number (to verify the do not call request will be effective) and your receiving phone number (to remove it from the caller's list) and it'll stop the phone calls.

Missed the call so I called it back multiple times and it was busy each time. Searches says it belongs to the Drug Enforcement Administration Address: Newark, NJ, 07102, not likely an accurate claim.

Received a call that rang two or three times, but ***g up when I answered. I called back immediately, two times and there was an alarm tone and message that said "all circuits are busy" followed by an error code.
