They continue to call from an "unavailable" number asking to speak to the parents of "your child's name". Once I ask where they are calling from and what it is their purpose...they tell me that I MUST provide them with my street address, last four of social, date of birth. However they refuse to tell me what the name of their business is and what they're intent is. When asked...they stated "It's a violation of privacy". I believe they are iden***y thieves or some fraudulent agency running attempting to get personal information.

They are attempting to collect a debt for Cooks Children Medical Center. They tell you that you have violated "your payment plan" but it is a payment plan they set up without your authorization...They think they can threaten you and your credit score..
