I recieved two calls today from this number. When I answer the automated voice system ask me to hold for an important message after holding for two minute they call drops. I called the number back from my caller id. After two ring someone answers*****o. I ask were was the call coming from, he stated "Chase"?. He ask me for my account # which I don't have an account with chase but with WAMU or my ssn#. I told him that I would not give that information to anyone that could not idenify them self. An he state fine. Chase is a large bank ins***ution that has high security standard for cutomer information. I not sure if they sponsor the company making collection call for them. But if so all should beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people won't stop calling! They asked for my SS# and my credit card number, but didn't say what credit card company they were except 'Card Services'. I don't have any cards with that name. I told them I wasn't going to give them any info...they were very shady and answered my questions with a question and then ***g up on me...What reputable credit card company will **** up on you??

(972) 512-9501 - March 23rd, 2009 4:00am
Apparently the person who used to have our cell number has not paid his Chase card and they call and call and call. I have tried to tell them this person no longer has this number but most of the callers speak in very broken english. The **** up on me and call back 5 minutes later. Unbelievable collection practices by Chase.
(972) 512-9501 - March 22nd, 2009 4:00am
I've been getting this call for the past week, everyday at the same time of day. I never answer, I just let it go to voice mail. Judging by the experience of some of those who answered the call, it seems to be some kind of iden***y theft scam. I would be very cautious.
(972) 512-9501 - March 20th, 2009 4:00am
Don't know if it is or isn't Chase, but typically collention agencies will leave nasty-grams if they are wanting money. This type of call is typically more a marketing scheme or survey type call. I don't answer unknown callers so they are wasting their time calling my numbers.
(972) 512-9501 - March 17th, 2009 4:00am
it's wamu/chase card services. regardless if you tell them you're going to make a payment (EVEN IF IT'S BEFORE YOUR DUE DATE) they will keep calling. it's their outsourced number so don't expect to get any help or for them to stop bothering you.
(972) 512-9501 - March 17th, 2009 4:00am
They have called non-stop for two days every couple of hours. Today I answered and the guy barely spoke english - couldn't understand but a couple words and then he ***g up. They have called four more times today since I answered.
(972) 512-9501 - March 18th, 2009 4:00am
I called the number back since they called 2x and ***g up, not leaving a message, and they wanted my card number or social security number. Then asked for first and last name. I'm not giving out that information.
