They said my identification was being used in texas and then proceeded to tell me I was being sarcastic because I didn’t know it was being used. They asked for my date of birth and when I didn’t give it to them they ***g up.

I just received this call 4 times in less than 6 minutes! They let it ring until the answering ma****e picks up and then they **** up. I wonder how many more times they will call me this afternoon!! Went to the website http://800notes.com and people there have received more calls than I have in a 17 minute period. Supposedly it is someone trying to get to a person (MR. **** if you are a woman and probably a Miss/Mrs. if you are a man) and when you say there is no one here by that name they s**** giving you a s***ch, first asking if you are the owner of house. Then s**** in on you could get a free gift card according to the type/cost of the house you live in or what you have inside your home! This tells me they are trying to see if you are home or not so they can come by and rob you. Many of the people have called the police to report this phone number(according to people on http://800notes.com) and were told they have many calls about this number and it is a spam caller! This is why I always monitor the calls coming in with an answering ma****e and if I don't know it I do look it up on line at a few different sites to make sure that those sites say about the same thing!

Received 10 calls in 17 minutes from this number. First call at 7:40 pm and last call at 7:57 pm. Three went to the answering ma****e for a few seconds. Lots of background talking and noise but they did not leave a message. We are on the Texas and National "Do Not Call" registry. That keeps honest businesses honest, but good business practices are probably not the norm for the type of folks we are dealing with here. Please post anything you have for this number. Quite puzzling.
