Sent a text saying “ how are you doing? long time no see do you remember me?” I recently got a new phone asked who it was. They said “It’s me Flora, aren’t you Delano?” I said no sorry wrong number. They responded “ Oh I'm sorry. Maybe I entered the wrong number in a hurry, I hope it didn't bother you” . Then I googled this number and saw the other spam alerts and blocked the number.

Wants to pay half up front by cashier's check. Won't let me go look at the house for an estimate. Checked w/realtor and he is NOT the owner of the house. BEWARE.
