Yes they are a phishing spammer. I read a published article last eve, as how these spammers are now able to connect with our smartphones as long as were on the line and collect/pull as much data as they can from your phone about you. IE: If you've just. Visited your banking website or paid a bill using your credit card or bought so****ing online. They can see and pull that info from your phone.
