States that they are calling on behalf of doctors Network and that they work with my insurance company to help give benefits they are switch insurance company I was with they did have my name wanted me to verify my date of birth I denied yo verify it by phone. Woman became upset. And stated was provided by my employer. Told her id need to verify with my employer.
