This Person James Tupou(Tongan) is a thief and beware home owners.This person goes door to door offering to do your Landscape/Hardscape(cement work),But all he does is ask for money up front for materials and leaves a mess in your yard.And you will not see him a***n(even if you call him to get him to go back to your house).He raves about doing work for well known companies,but all that is bull just to get you to let him do your yard.Also his workmanship is very shady specially his cement work.I talk to a few of his past clients and they all said they regret letting him do there back yard.He took my money made a mess in my yard,called him a few times got into arguments over the phone with him.Was not successful in getting my money back from him.This person gives hard working people a bad name.
