When I returned call, it goes directly to voice mail asking me to leave my name & contact phone number & "next available agent will return the call" but do not ever state what the business name is

If person not at home they will try at place if employment or further arbitration will happen. The target of their call was my older brother. I called back. The woman said my number was called because they did a background check on my brother and they call the numbers listed

Said the call was regarding a complaint filed a***nst me. They even called my dad’s wife in a completely different state. I called the number and it was regarding a credit card I had when I was 18. A 400 balance that was now over $8900 due to fees and APR.
