after reading some of these posts, I got ***ve and answered. It's just an automated system from Verizon calling as a follow up to see how your recent purchase experience was. NOT A SALES CALL, and NOT A BILL COLLECTOR. since this is neither of those, being on the DNC list has no effect. also at the beginning of the automated message, it clearly states there are NO airtime charges for the call.

I received two calls from this number in one day - the first at 10 am and the second at 4 pm. After checking other sites, it seems that the info about it being a Verizon service survey is correct. I think it stinks they don't leave any kind of message! Apparently you cannot reach the survey by calling the number back, so I wouldn't waste time trying.

They should use caller id and/or leave a message. If I don't know who it is, I don't answer. If they don't leave a message, I won't call them back.
