Just received a call from this number. They had my Protected Private Health info and said they got it from online request which I NEVER do. Samantha couldn’t tell me which online request or website I could’ve used. I told her she had private information and I wanted to speak to supervisor and she immediately said they were on other calls. She then ***g up after I told her I would be reporting them because information she had was illegal to obtain without my specific consent. You call back the number and they say they are closed.
