He's a scammer on FB MARKETPLACE & will try to get you to fill out a bogus application & then tell you it's approved, so now all you have to do is pay app fees and the house is yours oh of course once you pay the deposit also. All while not seeing the actual house yet. Funny

We were trying to place an order. He kept calling me and asking questions. Wouldn't take my credit card wanted Zella and asked for a photo of the transaction. Very heavy accent. In the middle of it all he c****ed the email to a name not the so called business name.
