Someone from this number called and left a message about litigation a***nst me. They gave me a name of Irene Sanders and a toll free number of 888-842-2931. I tried calling this number and the automated receieptionist would only get so far and then **** up. So I called the number attached to the message that was left 931-209-4756. I got thru to someone and they proceeded to say that I have to lawsuits from a payday loan company (Advanced America). One from 2010 and one from 2012. I have never taken out a payday loan from this company and have paid off all my payday loans that I ever took out. So I guess this "law firm" is somehow hijacking cell phone numbers and calling people to try to scare/scam them into paying.

Said they have tried two field attempts but apparently have the wrong address. Need my signature on file. For me to call 888-842-2931 Well if you’d trying to collect so****ing from and serve me papers then you then you should have my address . Legally have to send me the paperwork The mail. She is located in Florida. Liars if I owe send me so****ing if you don’t have my address?? Why not.

Called and left a very stern VM for my mom. Called back and someone by the name of Sean answered “remediation dept”. Stated that she needed to update her address for a capital one card and she does not have a capital one card. I told him that this number is showing up as spam and do not call back and he said that’s what someone in your s***s would happen to say.

From 760-504-1892, left voicemail, "Hello my name is Irene Sanders, my office is been retained to deliver your formal notice being filed to your attention. We will need your signature on file but I believe we have an address discrepancy because this is now my second failed attempt. Please contact the issuing agent's office to update an address so I can make final attempt...888-842-2931" SCAM!!
