I called this number, thinking it was PayPal, and I needed to request a refund. The gal tells me to issue a refund, and I will need to share my computer screen with her. I didn't know she was walking me through. She had me go to my browser and enter a web page called Ultraviewer. She claimed that it was a secure d way to issue me the refund, she then provided me a different number to contact Mr. Jacob in the account department, who was going to help me further. After 45 minutes on the phone, he claimed he could not refund to my account because my balance was too low. He said he would call me in an hour. Meanwhile, my account incurred fraudulent charges, and I called my bank. I will take my computer to a service to see what they installed on my device. This is a phishing scam.
