Heavy accent, probably either African or Mid-East. Wanted cash in exc****e for a six-figure payout to me. When he called he refused to tell me where he was from, alleged his name was James Charles. HIs text messages were full of grammatical errors and they were very pushy ("When are you sending the money...? You can trust me; I will send you a check immediately. Send the cash or a gift card in a book so no one will inspect the package. Send it to an address in Tennessee, then Arizona. These people are agents.) He was able to hijack my uncle's email and sent me text messages telling me it was legit and to hurry up and send the money. As a criminal defense attorney this was easy to spot and I stuck with it to see who James Charles was. Traced this number to Jefferson, WI and it revealed that there was not name or specific address****ociated with it. S****. SCAM. When he called me I pressed hard for him to tell me where he was from and he ***g up. Fun tracking this toad.
