this is a hotel. he called three of ours, same story, someone was rude to him, he's calling from the airport, he knows the executives at marriott, hilton, etc. doesn't want a free room but asks for one anyway. Mid 50's bald with fake large diamond ear rings. This guy is a real gem. He never goes out of character, even when you catch his lies he spins it back on to you and threatens everyone.

Stated was treated poorly by a female staff member on a specific date, and stated he wanted a free room or he would report to corporate/ he "worked for Ritz Carlton before". When asked to provide simple details/became irritated with erratic fast-talking, and he ***g up.
