****ed off to***** called my work and stated I have to call 916-469-1761 and speak to District Attorney. He said he was with the District Attorney's office, working for George Belosky. I verified this with him and when he tried to verify my SS# informed him it was wrong then asked for the correct one and the phone number from which he called me on. I informed him that I wouldn't give him eighter and to send so****ing via mail or email as he had informed me he didn't need me to give him the information he had it infront of him and just wanted to verify it is correct. I called the phone number provided and the person on the other line asked me a***n to verify information in order to pull up my account. once I informed them I was looking online and they are listed as a fraud and I plan to report this to the FTC they ***g up on me.

I received a call from ***ndon Gabriel at 916-259-3085 and 916-469-1761. He said he was with the District Attorney's office, working for George Belosky. I verified this with him 3 times on the call. He even gave me his address which I googled and it is the address of the DA's office. He wanted me to "pay res***ution" today or he was sending the cops to my office and arresting me via a warrant. When I asked several times what it was regarding he said that I knew what it was about. When I told him I wanted so****ing in writing he said the only thing he could send was the warrant. Then he told me I would be in jail for a minimum of 9 months without release and he ***g up on me. I called the actual DA's office and was told that they would not deal with anything in this manner. She said it's a scam and that they have no one on their personnel list with that name. FYI - he did tell me my SSN and bank information. I'm issuing a possible fraud alert on my credit w/ all 3 bureaus and c****ing my bank account.
