The person at this number called himself Wayne and says he works for a locksmith called Quick Pros locksmith. The person they sent was supposed to be some kind of independent contractor who also doesn't have any information. When I ask for a receipt they would not provide one nor would they provide a contractors license. I know I was overcharged but I was alone in the house with this person so I didn't know what to do. They are not a contractor.

If this has to do with anh EDD prepaid card, this is a phishing/s****ing message as I have never owned one such card.
