Ihad probblems with my apple phone being hacked + my acct being stolen from (apple/I tunes acct). Gal said she was in Idaho, but when she returned my call, I saw it was from Sacramento, CA + like the comment above, you can't get anyone to answer, only recording to put in ext no OR the 1st 3 letters of the persons last name. Her last name isRivera, just like MOST ALL the others, but not any were her???? STRANGE. NO one ever answers or calls back!

It's Apple Engineers/Tech support. I got an email and a phone call. I was contacted because of major issue being discussed on forum, Apple Discussions (I hadn't filed a report or request for tech****istance, so I was surprised). I called them back. They collected info about the Lion 10.7.3 upgrade problems people were having; I was 'impressed,' -- Apple is a good company, they deal with problems.

I got a call from this number but was unable to pickup my cellphone in time to answer. When I returned the call, I got an menu of options asking for the extension number of the person I wanted to talk to which kept repeating itself.
