this person called and said he wanted to talk to our supply officer to see if we wanted to order supplies from them. i explained we can only purchase from contracted businesses and he didn't seem to understand or care that we can't make those decisions on the facility level. told him he would have to call HQ but he asked if he could call us back tomorrow. immediately set my scammer instincts off.
