They said they were calling from Telefonia Legal Department and were looking for my fiance. My fiance is currently deployed. They wanted my information and I refused to give it to them. I instructed them that if they were calling from a legal department they did not need to contact my fiance directly, they needed to get in contact with his attorney, and I ***g up on them.Local Sherriff's department told me this scam has been going around. Someone calls and says they are going to take you to court for some outstanding bill (that you do NOT owe by the way) and tries to bully you into paying them off.

I also receive a call twice a day since I upgraded with AT&T.LOL, I also work for them, but it is on the prepaid side. Call 611 from your handset and aske them to put you on their do not call list. Then, go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ and register your cell phone number.I did this and I got calls for 30 days. After that they stopped on my cell phone. If these calls are coming to your landline number, register there also.I do not know if this is a number from an outbound center with AT&T, but you can register your numbers and the calls shopuld stop after 31 days. If they call after that, report them to your Attorney General's office.

916-221-36601-800-882-9484Caller ID = ATT ----NOTE: NOT AT&T as would be expectedIf it truely is a legitimate survey:1. Why are they calling my VoIP, which has zero relation to my cell2. Why would they be speaking to me in Spanish when I picked up the phone, since they would know by the store data that I speak english3. Why would they be calling after giving feedback twice to an agent this week4. If, it truely is a rep for AT&T, they should fire the agency & use the money saved to keep some of 9000 people they're laying off next week!

Automated message stating someone from this household made a purchase at an AT&T store and the caller was requesting a callback to take a brief survey regarding the recent purchase. We have Sprint and have not made any purchases at any AT&T store though it is possible some **** just threw out my phone number when the store rep asked for a phone number... My phone # ends in four 0's so, unfortunately, this is common that people just "make up" a phone number which just happens to be mine

Okay, thanks folks, I wasn't sure if this was a new collection agency or what. I did go to the AT&T store to upgrade my account and add a line; I do find it interesting, however, that I am already getting survey calls when I haven't even completed the process yet!! I don't get the second line or the upgrade to Family Plan until tomorrow, and they s****ed calling me YES****AY!! I think they need to wait until the customer actually goes through with the purchase before hounding us!!

This is one of AT&T's collection department's telephone numbers. I know it because my son ran his cell phone bill up too high. Now they keep calling asking me the same questions. They've already been notified as to how the bill will get paid. So, now when I see the number I ignore them.

i, too, have rec'd numerous caller I.D. calls from this number, however, no message has been left. . . i feel better reading these comments and that this is just a quality survey, therefore, would not leave a message if voice activated when hearing a pre recorded greeting.
