Received two calls from this number today on cell phone. Identified as "Potential Spam". Did not answer.

The caller ID say Aetna; but during the call they identified as really Signify Health. This is deceptive for them to schedule an teleheath visit which promises a $50 gift reward. They may be a 3rd party affiliate. Gift rewards result when appointments are completed with my Primary Health provider only.
