Robo Call press '1' if you are (nothing is said here), then press '2' if ou are not. Repeats and then says 'this is an important message about the status of your Verizon account.' Then gives a Phone number to call back and a ten digit case number to enter when you call the referenced number.

This caller has been calling me at odd times of the day and evening repeatedly. I don't know anyone in Kansas. They never leave a message. Unless I have a message, I'm calling it SPAM. I'm surprised that no one else has reported it because i've been getting these calls for about a week without a message.
