Had a long conversation with a guy from here today. Said I had a debt from some place I've never heard of from four years ago! He had some address for me that I haven't lived at since college. Told him I had never received any statement from them or the place he was speaking of. He even gave me some account number from the place so I called the business he said they received the debt from. That place had absolutely no record of me or the account number. Pretty sure this agency is a scam...do NOT give them your money. He also told me that this "outstanding debt" was on my credit report...I had it checked...it's not there.

I've received countless calls from this number. A few times they have left messages stating if they do not hear from me and my legal counsel by 12 noon of that day they will be forced to take legal action. On one of those messages, I called back it sounded like Billy Mays hollering into the phone. I was so ***ved that someone would have the audacity yell at me on MY voice mail that I called back. I followed the prompt to dial the extension only to get a generic voice mail. So I left the message saying, well you called me so you already have my number but don't you ever have Billy Mays call my number a***n! About a half hour later, the number came up on my caller id. I let it go through to voice mail since I was driving. This time it was a woman who left a message and yet another extension number to call back on. Now they just call several times a day. I've****igned them a "annoyance" ringtone on my cell phone that states - Alert, an annoying person is calling you and the caller will become annoyed when they are sent to your voicemail. Needless to say, I know who is calling now and I have no intentions of picking it up. If these companies want me to deal with them or talk with them, then they can first cut the threat **** of telling me that I had better have a lawyer. Go ahead!!!!! If you're going to sue me for so****ing, put the pudding on the paper. Otherwise, they can stop calling because they will forever get only a voicemail. I haven't even received any "legal" papers in the mail from this company. I've been a victim of iden***y theft once, and some yokel is not going to scam me or get any information a***n about me.

It's simple - if this company calls you file a report immediately with your state's Attorney General. From readings on the internet this company has been violating so many collection laws it's not even funny. They love to make threats to people, call multiple times a day and just generally harass people. At this point I don't even care what the debt is - so long as it's in the hands of this company it just ain't getting paid and I make sure they know that.
