I recieved in the mail a post card saying the following:Hello Neighbors(Your Name) we have been unable to contact youPlease contact us within seven(7) days. We have a parcel for youCall between 10:00 am & 6:00 pm Mon-Thur, Fri 10-2Call today--Ask for MarilynPhone: 913-538-5777Your parcel # is ### ###I don't know if this is a scam or not but from the other sites I have read from, this is a company that is trying to get you to agree to have a sales man come to your house to sell you a water system and give you gift cards. One person allowed them to come to their house and it was over 2 hours of a presentation and then they give you a $10 Home Depot gift card. Thanks to so many people giving their experience on the web, I am able to know what this "parcel" is. This is just a way for sales people to know where you live to continue annoying you to buy things you don't need. My advice is to just throw the postcard away and don't call.

Definitely a scam. They send a post card to newly registered house purchasers stating you have a parcel to pick up. The parcel has a number****ociated with it, which I'm sure is then used to track you as a****ential customer in their database system. The phone number they say to call is unregistered and is 913-538-5777. Just completely ignore them.

That number is listed on a "Hello Neighbors" postcard scam I recieved in the mail not too long ago. My advice: Don't call them back. From what I understand, they will try to offer you a free dinner gift card, then try to sell you stuff!
