"Whitepages" reverse phone lookup indicates IP number serviced by "IP Horizon LLC" out of southeastern Georgia. Call left voicemail asking for authorization of a $999 purchase of an Apple iPhone. Said if I did NOT approve, to "Press 2" to speak to one of their customer service representatives. I didn't take the initial call, so that was impossible. I did NOT return the call, which would only verify that my phone number is actively monitored, and would probably invite more deceptive calls.
