When I answered this number; I heard a recording telling me the benefits of reducing my credit card balances by transferring my balances to this company's credit card. This is a very odd phone call since neither me nor my wife have any credit cards. We haven't had credit cards for nearly 10 years. The recording asked me to stay on the line for a live representative. When the rep picked up; he asked me if I wanted to reduce my credit card balances by transferring my balances to his company's card. I asked the rep for his name, who told me his name was David, then I asked him how he got my phone number. He told me that got it from my Visa Card Provider then proceeded to ask me for all of mine and my wife's personal info such as; Name, Address, Phone, social security number, etc. I gave him all bogus info until he asked for my social. I asked what he needed our socials for; he responded by telling me that he needed it to run my credit to see what programs I would qualify for. That's when I told him the jig was up and that I gave him all bogus info. I explained to David that neither me or my wife have any credit cards. That we haven't had credit cards for the past 10 years. We pay cash for everything and that the number he was calling has been in the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" since 2008. As you might expect; David was not happy - I could hear him tearing some paper up and he s****ed to get irate. I asked him a***n how he got my number; he did NOT have any answers. I told him I felt as though he was running a SCAM and I planned to file complaints with Consumer Affairs, the FBI, IC3, the Do Not Call Registry. He s****ed yelling and me and told me to F--K Off. Then he ***g up on me.I tried calling the number back.. and surprise, surprise... it rings a couple times and a voice comes on the line and says it's disconnected. Very strange since I had the SAME problem with ANOTHER number last month. It would seem these folks run these scams using different call back numbers and move onto a different number.BEWARE.. these folks are trying to steal your personal information for devious purposes. As always.. NEVER provide your personal information to ANYONE and ALWAYS report these scammers to the proper authorities. I've gone ahead and filed with Consumer Affairs, the FBI, IC3, the Do Not Call Registry.Hopefully my reports will prevent folks from getting *****ed. Please help me shut these scammers down by reporting all su****ious behavior to the proper authorities. Thanks,Joe Williams

Called my cell phone, announced that this would be the last contact after sending information to my home via mail. Made it sound like I was a bad person for not taking advantage of their "offer" to reduce my credit card debt. I've never heard of these people and didn't even get a company name. Held on until a human came on the phone and when he yelled a question in my ear about did I phone to lower my credit card payments, I asked about the company name and lowering my rates (just to try and get more information) after he got rude about the information I wanted number is on the "do not call" directory, and I want my number removed from their list. Then he very nasty laughed and said wah wah wah. and ***g up. I have blocked this and many numbers, then they call under new number. Police can't seem to help verizon can seem to help.. And I am just plain ****ed about this. I use my cell phone for my business too. With over 500 clients that have this number it's very very frustrating. Looking into ferderal fraud complaints

I recieved a call from this number as well, I stayed on the line to ask that they remove my number from there call list list. When the man on the other line anwsered I asked what company he was calling from, he replied consumer products and then when I asked him to remove me from the call list( I also called it out as being a scam) he proceded to tell me he had been doing this job for 16 months and could tell by the tone of my voice that i did not qualify (lol, your right JACK A i dont have any debt) he continued to tell me I did not qualify and refused to take me off the call list so I ***g up. I am going to call my cell provider and find out how to block this number!

This number keeps calling me with an offer to lower my credit card interest rate. It's a recording and asks to press zero if you are interested. I don't press anything and **** up, but they just keep calling, every day! Finally I decided to go ahead and press zero to speak with someone about taking me off of their calling list, both times I tried doing this the person who answered just ***g up on me. I am still receiving these calls. I am extremely frustrated and hope to put a stop to this!

They called making a rather threatening call.. this is your "LASR CHANCE" to resolve an issue... waited to tell them to take my name off their list.. and when I spoke to MARK he began pressing ****ons making the phone beep in my ear... they are just trying to sell me a credit card with a very high interest rate.

9:57 04/29/11 Received unidentified call from this number on CELLPHONE. No message. I've received dozens of these type calls on my land-line stating this is my last offer to lower my interest rates if I owe at least $3,000.00. Stayed online several times to have them take my number off their auto-dial list to no avail.

Called today 5/5/11 at 12:21 p.m. CST. Left no message and I did not answer as no one from GA has ever tried to call me before. I am on the do not call list. Next time I will try and answer to talk to someone to remove from list like others did.
