Called me, I answered, he hung up. I called back he placed me on hold with a recording about federal debt collection. Called back he answered and said I owed money from x-rays and he was apart of the Atlanta Collection Agencies. He never let me talk and asked I make a settlement for a lot of money. I said I’d like it sent back to my insurance, he said they did and it was denied. I tried to explain that I had changed insurance but he didn’t let me finish and said “I will report it to all three credit bureaus and you can figure it out!” And hung up on me. He sounded to be a young black male. If that helps?
