She told me that CT monitors the transactions 24h a day, 7 days a week. I called CT Customer Service at the number printed on the back of my CT MC to check. It was legit.

I got the call but I don't have a MC either and when I returned the call (after googling online) they said I'm not even in their system, verified I have no card with them, and had no answers as to why someone had my name and number.
